We ensure you are supplied with the freshest produce and goods for your dining pleasures. The meal plan allows our guests to begin and end their holiday with as little effort as possible.

  • Three full meals a day: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
    (See Menu Pages)
  • Alcohol: Red Stripe Beer, Appleton Gold Rum, Wray and Nephew Overproof Rum, Vodka, Gin, Tia Maria, Chardonnay (White) and Cabernet (Red) Wines.
  • Beverages: A wide variety of fruit juices. Pineapple, Mango, Orange Juice, Passion Fruit, Soft drinks of assorted flavors. Ting (local favorite), Pepsi, 7up, Orange, Grape, Soda water, Pineapple, Lime. Your beverages also include daily favorites from fruit trees on the property freshly squeezed and served to quench your thirst.
  • Snacks: Potato Chips, Chocolate Bars, Peanuts, Popcorn, assorted Cookies, Crackers and Biscuits, Fresh Fruit including Mango, Oranges, Banana, Pineapple, Papaya, Guava and many others in season.

Please note: Though we try to accommodate the menu to the best of our ability, depending on the time of year you are visiting us, some of the items on the menu may be out of season. We must adhere to the controls enforced on certain fish species and other seafood from time to time. We will do our utmost to substitute of like quality should your stay fall into one of the restricted seasons or availability is limited.
